Question 1

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

Popular artists and dates book out quickly. We recommend enquiring 1–2 months ahead for most events, and 3–4 months for celebrity or in-demand artists. That said, we do our best to help with short-notice requests too.

Question 2

How do I check if an artist is available?

Accepted Answer

Send us your event date and we'll confirm availability for you. Availability shown on this site is indicative and is only confirmed once we check with the artist or their team.

Question 3

Do you work outside Delhi NCR?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We're based in Delhi NCR but regularly arrange artists and services across India. Just tell us your city when you enquire.

Question 4

How much does an artist cost?

Accepted Answer

Fees depend on the artist, the date, event type, travel and how long they perform. Share your brief and we'll send a clear, transparent quote tailored to your event requirements.

Question 5

Is there a fee for making an enquiry?

Accepted Answer

No. Enquiries and quotes are completely free with no obligation. You only decide to proceed once you're happy with the quote.

Question 6

How do payments work?

Accepted Answer

We usually take a booking advance to confirm, with the balance before or on the event day. Exact terms are confirmed in your quote and agreement.

Question 7

Are all the artists on this site yours?

Accepted Answer

Some artists we represent directly; others we arrange through our trusted partner network. Every artist profile states this clearly. In all cases, you deal with one team and one booking.

Question 8

Can you source an artist who isn't listed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you can't find who you need, tell us and we'll do our best to source them from our network.

Question 9

Will the artist match my photo/reel?

Accepted Answer

We share current photos and references before you confirm, so you know who's coming. We also confirm line-up details in writing for big bookings.

Question 10

Who handles the artist on the event day?

Accepted Answer

We coordinate with the artist, the venue and you before and during the event, so your artist arrives on time and the show runs smoothly.

Question 11

What if the event needs to be rescheduled?

Accepted Answer

We'll do our best to move your booking to a new date, depending on the artist's availability. Terms are confirmed in your agreement.

Question 12

Do artists need any special arrangements?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the artist, they may need a green room, parking and basic sound/lighting. We'll tell you exactly what's needed before the event.
